Old Church Pattern Study

I like patterns. This is the side of Mt. Zion Church. The building is old, the picture is new converted to black and white to make it look old.

Skywatch Friday: Big Clouds

This is my first cell phone camera photo post. I was grocery shopping last Saturday when I saw this spectacular sky, but I did not have my trusty Nikon camera with me. So I took the picture with what I did have.

Lunch With Friends

A bunch of us who used to work together at some DC-based radio stations had decided to meet for lunch a few weeks ago. One of us suggested Middletown because of its central location and I suggested The Main Cup because I like it. And Ron (in the picture below) happens to work there part time.

Here is our whole motley crue.

Small Town Life

One of the many things I like about Middletown is how residents celebrate the ordinary as well as help their neighbors. Here is an example from last week.
