Isn't it a water storage tower? I'm doing a series on them for ABC Wednesday on my Bird's Eye View blog if you want to check them out!
It looks something like one of those weird water towers. But I have not seen one with that many pipes coming out of it.I have been dealing with rheumatoid arthritis in my hands. The chemotherapy drug doesn't stop the pain so my typing is limited. Apologies.
It is indeed a water tower. And those are all antennas of various sorts on top. Probably cellular phone sites.
I thought the same as Abe. . . . .Hope al is well your way.
