Fountain of Youth?

OK, it's just one of the fountains in Middletown Park. I'm fascinated by how different these fountains look from each angle at various times of day. I excitedly await this scene in the fall when the leaves change colors.

That's beautiful! Nice colors!

Wow. I love how this is framed. It's evocative in a way I can't put my finger on, but I know I like it.

jm - Thank you. YOu have great color and composition on your photos too.

dc janet - Thanks. I cropped a little off the top and bottom, but that's mostly what I saw. The blue in the water is what kills me; it was much bluer than normal, then I punched it up just a tiny bit more in Photoshop.

I think it's the blue and then the backlighting on the trees framing the water that draws me in. It's a great picture, Bernie.

Oops. Sorry. That previous comment is me... D.C. Confidential. Now you know about my other blog. No biggie though. Word of caution: The last few weeks have been McCain-Palin rants, so don't let them put you off. I write other stuff, too! Like rants about product merchandising involving the color pink. :-D

D.C. - don't worry. I'm likely to agree with your rants. In fact I just commented on one of them. Check my profile for my non-photo blogs; a few rants, but mostly observations and opinions about aging, seasons, music, hurricanes, civility and NASCAR. :)
