Fishing Guy - do you avoid wires when photographing or when fishing? :) I usually try to avoid them in pictures but it's almost impossible in Middletown, so sometimes I just make them the subject.
Gretchen - I normally wouldn't go out of my way to shoot wires and poles but that view on that day struck me as an interesting graphic. It also seemed to go along with the gloomy sky.

Bernie: Now that is funny, I work so hard to avoid wires and you capture the complete pole with a dark sky. It came out quite well.
